New Delhi:- Williams has announced plans to mark its 800th Grand Prix at upcoming races in the UK and Hungary, offering a range of events and activities to honor the team's rich history.

Williams is one of F1's longest-running and most successful teams, debuting as a team in 1977 and as a constructor in 1978, before winning over 100 races, seven drivers' titles, and nine constructors' titles. won times.

Silverstone was supposed to be the final milestone in the Grove team's finished race, but with the Emilia Romagna GP weekend not taking place, the moment officially came to Budapest instead. To commemorate this, Williams' current F1 machine, FW45, was announced. Before unveiling a special badge in Hungary, it will showcase a 'distinct' livery designed specifically for its home race in the UK, paying tribute to the team's British heritage and the late Sir Frank Williams. 

Alongside these activities at Silverstone, the Williams Fun Zone at 48 Piccadilly Regent Street in central London will open from Monday to Sunday during British Grand Prix week, with Button, current driver Alex Albon, Logan Sargent, and team principal James Volles ready to show up.

The Fanzone features a curated selection of historic venues, including Alain Prost's 1993 champion car, a state-of-the-art simulator, a dedicated fan shop, and his STEM education area that will inspire the next generation of engineers and innovators with the car displayed. 

"Reaching the milestone of the 800th Grand Prix is ​​a great achievement for Williams Racing," said Volles. “They are very proud of our history and the legacy we have built over the years. In our 46-year history, the team has achieved incredible results. We have won nine Constructors' titles and seven Drivers' titles, second only to Ferrari. A successful F1 team. They invite all fans to join them in this celebration as they pay homage to their legendary past and look to a brighter future.
