This case is being told of a woman living in Govindapuram. She was married to a young man from Secunderabad in Bulandshahr on 8 March 2018. The woman alleged that "two months later, the businessman husband made asked her to go to her maternal house. The husband used to harass her by calling her fat and sister-in-law sent a message on WhatsApp and said many abusive words and called her "fat". In this case, it is now alleged that "despite the birth of the daughter in January 2019, the husband did not come to bring her back home. The husband deposited a check of ten lakh rupees in the wife's account and the check bounced and in the meantime, the husband complained in the Bulandshahr court on 30 May that the marriage was annulled by compromising the victim for Rs 1 lakh.

After the court's notice in the case, the wife went to maternal house with her daughter for five months in June and it is now alleged that the in-laws refused to keep her in the house and after that she went to court and asked the authorities "If I am fat, then ask my husband, should I stop eating food?" Then he will keep me with him or not? ”In this case, the authorities assured the woman of justice.
