Patna: Rakesh Tiwari, president of Bihar Cricket Association, has been accused of molestation and misbehavior by a girl. The woman alleges that she had gone to File Star Hotel to discuss the company's payment. Due to this, taking advantage of the opportunity, the President of Bihar Cricket Association carried out the incident. On the complaint of the woman, the Parliament Police Station has registered a complaint and started investigation.

According to the same complaint, a 30-year-old woman from Gurugram is a director in a company dealing in sports management, event organization and advertising. It is alleged that in March 2021, the Bihar Cricket Association had given the job of advertising the T20 league tournament to the woman's company. After the completion of the work, BCA stopped the payment. Meanwhile, the woman reached a five-star hotel in New Delhi to meet Bihar Cricket Association President Rakesh Kumar Tiwari on 12 July 2021 on the advice of an expert.

The same woman has told in the complaint that both of them started discussing about the company's payment in the hotel. Then taking advantage of the opportunity, the criminal did force. After protesting, molesting and forcefully. Due to this, the woman, saving herself somehow, pushed the criminal and ran away from there. Although initially the woman did not tell this to anyone due to the fear of the society, but later informed the matter to the police, after which the police started the investigation by registering a complaint on 7th March on the complaint of the woman.
