A policeman has now been accused of raping a female prisoner after reports of a JNU student being driven out of the police station in an impeached condition. According to reports, the female prisoner said in her complaint that "she was taken to West Bengal for hearing. When she went to the restroom during the retreat, two female policemen stood outside at the door. Meanwhile, the Delhi Police constable, who was present with him, came and asked them to go to the seat. After both of them left, he forcibly entered the restroom and raped her. The constable then threatened her and told no one to tell her about it," she said.

According to reports, the woman prisoner then came to Tihar and informed the doctor and superintendent of the jail about the incident. After which the woman was taken to Hari Nagar Police Station and a zero FIR was lodged and a medical examination of the woman has also been conducted.
