Dehradun: Due to lack of road to Malupati village in Munsiyari tehsil of Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand, the pregnant woman was forced to give birth in the farm at a temperature of minus 3 degrees. At the same time, information has been received that both mother and child are safe. Before delivery, the family members were going to the hospital with a pregnant woman in a doli. There is no road to Malupati village of Munsiyari block. The wife of the young man suffered childbirth on the evening of Friday, 17 January 2020. The people of the village sat in a dolly and left for Chauna, four kilometers away, to get Sangeeta to Munsiyari Hospital where there was no walkable situation.
Earlier such cases: According to information received from sources, even before reaching the road of Chauna village, the woman started suffering intensely. After this, the pain-stricken childbirth was taken out of the dolly at a place called Fanya and laid in the field. The woman gave birth to the baby in the field at minus three degree temperature.

At the same time, it is being said that social worker Heera Singh Chiral says that on one hand the government is giving the slogan of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, on the other hand pregnant women have to deliver in the fields. Villages deprived of traffic facilities should be connected with road facilities. The village head Hema Devi Mehra said that so far many such cases have happened in the area. At the same time, the delivery victims have to sit in the doli and reach the hospital.
