Highlights from India vs. Pakistan's World Cup T20 match: At the 2023 Women's T20 World Cup, India defeated Pakistan by seven wickets thanks to outstanding performances from Jemimah Rodrigues and Richa Ghosh.

Pakistan chose to bat first and lost a few early wickets, but Bismah Maroof's fifty and Ayesha Naseem's unbeaten 43* runs helped them reach 149/4 in 20 overs. Later, after losing the early wicket of Yastika Bhatia, Shafali Verma and Harmanpreet Kaur were also dismissed. 

However, Jemimah and Richa Ghosh (31*) formed an unbroken partnership to help India finish with one over remaining. Jemimah also reached her tenth T20I half-century off 38 deliveries. Nashra Sandhu took two wickets for Pakistan while only allowing 15 runs to be scored in her four overs.

Shafali Verma, Yastika Bhatia, Jemimah Rodrigues, Harleen Deol, Richa Ghosh, Deepti Sharma, Pooja Vastrakar, Radha Yadav, Rajeshwari Gayakwad, and Renuka Thakur Singh make up the India Women's playing XI.

Deepti Sharma was the first hit in the PowerPlay earlier, and the Indian bowlers were accurate right away. However, the women in green made a respectable comeback with Muneeba Ali and Bismah Maroof. However, Pakistan lost fast wickets after the Powerplay as Radha Yadav and Pooja Vastrakar struggled in back-to-back overs. After that, Pakistan reached 149/4 in 20 overs thanks to a fluent fifty by Bismah Maroof and booming smashes from Ayesha Naseem.
