World Diabetes Day is observed every year on 14 November. It was started in 1991 by the International Diabetes Association and the World Health Organization. Diabetes Day has a different goal every year and this year it aims to educate people about diabetes. If someone has diabetes, it is impossible to cure it completely. But if a little care is taken, then it can be protected from the dangers.
Diabetes is sometimes due to natural or genetic reasons. The number of diabetes patients in India is increasing rapidly. According to the information, in the year 2017, there have been 72 million cases of diabetes. If it remains the same, by 2025, it is expected to be about twice as many cases. According to experts, the increase in the number of diabetic patients in the coming time is not only a matter of concern, but the real reason for concern is that at what age people are getting more of this disease.
Significantly, most people in the West have diabetes in the sixth decade of age, whereas in India, the disease rate is highest between 30 and 45 years of age. In this new era, the number of patients of sugar has increased considerably. Its effect is being seen very much in the youth. If once you have a disease like sugar, then later on you are also at increased risk of getting a serious disease.
