World Fund for Development and Planning - WFDP is an Intergovernmental Organization which has a Multilateral Agreement and has been granted Special Consultative Status to United Nations - ECOSOC on 2021. WFDP aims to develop communities and nations, and planning for a promising future, as every human being has the right to a decent life, which is the key of any human development. In Addition to opening the gate and expand the opportunities for the innovation, promoting Peace, Democracy and Economic Growth, it will be a turning point for poverty eradication, combat illiteracy , improving education and health care.
Dr. Dinesh Sabnis has been offered position of Peace Envoy to India by WFDP, looking to his vast experience in the field of Education, Sports, Health, Youth Development and Peace Mediations. Dr.Sabnis appointment in WFDP will be great support in developing of various projects related to Education, Sports Promotions, Health Promotions, Women Empowerment and Economic Development in Indian sub continent. This appointment was official granted to Dr.Sabnis by Hon.President of WFDP, Mr.Ekramy El Zaghat who is also official representative to United Nations for WFDP matters.
Dr.Dinesh Sabnis has been experienced personal and listed on Managerial positions in various International organisations that are on roster of United Nations in General Consultative Status. He is also Recipient of Rajya Puraskar (State Award-Government of Maharashtra) and Atal National Award in field of Education and Sports. Recently Dr.Sabnis received Commemorative Medal of Peace on occasion of United Nations International Peacekeepers Day which was celebrated on 30th May 2022 by The Blue Helmet Veteran’s Association “Soldiers of Peace- AISP SPIA” in United Nations Geneva Office. This Medal was conferred to Dr. Dinesh Sabnis for his eminent performance in the Nobel cause of Peace in order to obtain better world by serving in the name of Justice, International Law & Social Progress.
