This huge effigy of Ravana is being built by Tejinder Chauhan, resident of Barara, Ambala. Chauhan's name has also been recorded in the 'Limca Book of the Records'. He says that the Ravana that will be lit on this Dussehra will be eco-friendly. The firecrackers used in this effigy have been ordered from Shivakashi, which will make noise, but will spread less pollution.
