The world's lightest dessert has been invented by artisans from designer studio Bompass and Parr, based in London, in Hamburg, Germany, along with scientists from Aerogelex Laboratory. Where to make this dessert, scientists first made the world's lightest solid food, then sweetness has been added to it. According to the information, this dessert is made from Arrowel. Aerojet is the lightest solid in the world. It was invented in the year 1931. This substance has been invented by US chemist Samuel Kistler. The same bet was made between Samuel and one of his comrades who could shrink the water present in the prison without any shrinkage. As a result of this condition, Samuel conducted several experiments in which Aerogele was invented. Aerojail carries 95 to 99.8 percent air.

For this reason, it is the lightest solid substance in the world. The designers of Bompass and Par have come up with the idea of making the world's lightest dessert from Aerozel itself. The designers decided to make sweets from Arrowgel. Although aerosols are made from many substances, to make sweets, the artisans used the globular protein albumoides found in egg albumin. To make this, first the hydrogel was prepared from the white part of the egg and then it was dipped in calcium chloride and water and put in a mold. After this, the liquid was removed from the prepared meringue gel and it was converted into liquid carbon dioxide. It was later turned into gas and finally, the gas has also been removed from it. The same will be presented at King Abdul Aziz Center for World Culture (Ethra), located in Darhan, Saudi Arabia, 10-20 October 2019.
