Chines smartphone company Xiaomi launched its first ever Android Go powered smartphone in the Indian market very recently. The Xiaomi Redmi Go price in India has been fixed at Rs. 4,499 while it has been made available in Black and Blue colour options. The Xiaomi Redmi Go is now open for sale via Flipkart, Mi.com, and Xiaomi's partner offline stores.

Talking about specifications, The Xiaomi Redmi Go sports a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display which has 16:9 aspect ratio, 380 nits brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio and 72 per cent NTSC Color Gamut. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 Quad-Core processor clocked at 1.4GHz and it comes coupled with Adreno 308 GPU. The Xiaomi Redmi Go further comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, expandable up to 128GB with a microSD card.

As far as camera is concened, there is an 8-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, LED Flash and 1.12μm pixel size while at the front, there is a 5-megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture and 1.12μm pixel size. Other features of the Xiaomi Redmi Go includes 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, 3.5 mm audio jack, micro USB 2.0 support and a 3000mAh battery.
