If the company also launches MT 03 in India, it can hold a stronghold in the 250-400cc segment in India. The styling of the MT-03 matches the MT-09. The bike has twin LED daytime MT-15 like. The MT-15 is also available for sale in India. The MT-03 has a new front face. Apart from this, the fuel tank is also given with a new design in the bike. The bike has a black and white LCD instrument cluster which gives the rider a lot of information.

If we talk about the features of the bikes, then the bike has 321cc liquid-cooled, DOHC, four valves, parallel-twin engine. The bike uses the YZF-R3 engine. The bike has a 6-speed gearbox that generates a peak power of 41 bhp and a peak torque of 29.6 Nm. It is not yet clear whether the engine is BS6 compliant or not. The company launched the YZF-R3 bike in India only last month. The new Yamaha R3 is inspired by the company's MotoGP YZR-M1 bike, due to which its design is sleeker and more aerodynamic. The new bike has dual LED headlamps, which make the bike's sporty look great. There is a central air-intake slot in the middle of the headlamps, which provides air for engine cooling. The air ductworks in combination with overlapping fairing panels to cool the engine properly.

Along with this, the new Yamaha R3 has a 321 cc, liquid-cooled, inline 2-cylinder engine in the modification of the bikes. It generates 42 hp power and 29.6 Nm torque. The engine is equipped with a 6-speed gearbox and advanced fuel injected system. The engine will conform to BS6 emission norms. For safety, dual-channel ABS has been given in it.
