The MT-15 is also available for sale in India. The MT-03 has a new front face. Apart from this, the fuel tank is also given with a new design in the bike. If we talk about the features of the bikes, then the bike has 321cc liquid-cooled, DOHC, four valves, parallel-twin engine. The bike uses the YZF-R3 engine. The bike has a 6-speed gearbox that generates a peak power of 41 bhp and a peak torque of 29.6 Nm. It is not yet clear whether the engine is BS6 compliant or not. The company launched the YZF-R3 bike in India only last month. The new Yamaha R3 is inspired by the company's MotoGP YZR-M1 bike, due to which its design is sleeker and more aerodynamic. The new bike has dual LED headlamps, which make the bike's sporty look great. There is a central air-intake slot in the middle of the headlamps, which provides air for engine cooling. The air ductworks in combination with overlapping fairing panels to cool the engine properly.
