This year, many films have entertained the audience in theaters. There are many films released in the year 2019 which are either remake of Korean films or were made from South Cinema. Let us see which movies are remakes released this year.

Husband Wife Aur Wo - Kartik Aaryan, Ananya Pandey, and Bhumi Pednekar starrer 'Pati, Patni Aur Woh' is released on 6 December. The film is a remake of the IBR Ambedkar film Husband Wife and Woh in the year 1978. The 1978 film featured Sanjeev Kapoor, Vidya Sinha and Ranjita Kaur in pivotal roles.

Kabir Singh- Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer film Kabir Singh is released on June 21. The film has been the remake of the 2017 Vijaydevarakonda starrer Telugu film Arjun Reddy. The film Kabir Singh has done very well at the box office.

Bharat- Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Disha Patni released on June 5 is actually a remake of the Korean film Ode to My Father. The film Odd to My Father was released in 2014 in the Korean language, which was also released in English, German and Vietnamese.

Prasthanam- Sanjay Dutt's film Prapathanam released on June 20 is a Hindi remake of the Tamil film Prasthanam. The Tamil film Prasthanam was released in the year 2010. Ali Fazal, Manisha Koirala, Jackie Shrock, and Chunky Pandey were also in the lead role in Sanjay Dutt in the 2019 film Departure.

Notebook: Directed by Nitin Kakkar film notebook was released on March 29, 2019. Film Notebook is one of the best romantic films released this year. The film has been the remake of the 2014 Thai Film Teachers Diary. The film stars Zaheer Iqbal and Pranutan Bahl in lead roles. Bollywood actor Salman Khan co-produced the film.

Badla - Filmed on actors Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu, the film Badla is a Hindi remake of The Invisible Guest, a Spanish-language film. Every scene of this film has been taken from The Invisible Guest.
