The best two-wheeler manufacturer Yezdi has returned to the Indian market. The company has made a comeback after nearly 26 years. Classic Legends has officially reintroduced the Yezdi brand in India by launching three new motorcycles. Three new motorcycles of the company- Yezdi Adventure, Yezdi Scrambler and Yezdi Roadster have been launched today. Let us know about them.
Yezdi Roadster- Yezdi's cruiser bike is a reminder of Roadster roadking. Yezdi Roadster has a very strong presence on the road with a neo-retro design style. Yes, and it comes with round LED headlights, taillights and dual exhaust. The Rider Console is digitally present in an LCD panel. It also shows all the necessary ride related information such as trip meters, how far the oil will run out, time, ABS mode and gear indicators.
Engines and Suspension- Yezdi has taken the same 334cc engines as are used in Jawa motorcycles. The roadster has a single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that generates 29.7 PS of power and 29 Nm of peak torque. At the same time, a 6-speed gearbox has been provided for transmission. On the other hand, when we talk about suspension, it is done with preload adjust by telescopic front forks and gas-charged twin rear shock absorbers.
Specifications - The roadster has dual cradle chassis. The total weight of this bike is 184 kg and the wheelbase is 1,440 mm. Its ground clearance is 175 mm. Both the wheels of the roadster are tubeless. The front wheel is 18-inch and the rear wheel is 17-inch.
Colour Option- Yezdi Roadster has been introduced in five colour options. These include Roadster Dark Smoke Grey, Steel Blue, Hunter Green, Roadster Chrome Gallant Grey and Sin Silver.
Price- The ex-showroom price of the Yezdi Roadster starts at Rs 1.98 lakh and goes up to Rs 2.06 lakh (ex-showroom).
Yezdi Scrambler- Yezdi's second bike is in the scrambler segment and is Yezdi Scrambler. Yes, and it is one notch above Roadster in terms of features and specifications. In fact, it comes with LED headlights, taillights as well as turn indicators, clear lenses and a round-sized LCD digital display for riders. You get a handlebar-mounted USB and Type C charging point as standard features.
Engine Power- A single cylinder 4 stroke liquid cooled DOHC unit has also been used 334cc the same for Yezdi Scrambler. The performance of the bike has been modified with minor changes. With this 6-speed gearbox, the bike can generate a maximum power of 29.1 PS and a peak torque of 28.2 Nm. Yes, and its suspension is similar to that of a roadster bike.
Specifications- Yezdi Scrambler, which comes with dual cradle chassis, also has a dual exhaust. The bike weighs 182 kg, has a wheelbase of 1,403 mm and has 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels. The ground clearance of the Yezdi Scrambler is 200 mm which is slightly higher than the Roadster.
Colour Option- Yezdi Scrambler is introduced in six colour options. These include Fire Orange, Yellow, Outlaw Olive, Rebel Red, Mean Green and Midnight Blue.
Price: The ex-showroom price of Yezdi Scrambler starts at Rs 2.05 lakh and goes up to Rs 2.11 lakh (ex-showroom).
Yezdi Adventure- Yezdi lineup is Yezdi Adventure that will attract people who like an adventure. Actually, Yezdi Adventure gives more features and customization options than the other two launched bikes. Apart from the LED headlight unit coming in a protective casing, the bike also offers LCD digital displays for riders. Which can be adjusted to the standing riding position along with sitting.
There are fantastic features- Yezdi Adventure can also be connected to the company's app via Bluetooth. Yes and this app offers a variety of features. Such as searching and locating destinations, relay turn-by-turn navigation on display or relay navigation commentary on the intercom. It also records the speed and engine RPM of the bike during riding and indicates the average of the last trip when the journey is over. The app also provides alerts and information such as incoming calls and messages, missed calls, signals and battery power.
Engine and Suspension- Its 334cc single-cylinder is connected to a 4 stroke liquid cooled DOHC engine, 6-speed gearbox, generating maximum power of 30.2 PS and peak torque of 29.9 Nm. On the other hand, there is a telescopic fork in the front and a mono-shock absorber with coil spring and linkage mechanism in the coil spring and rear.
Specifications - The upcoming Yezdi adventure with dual cradle chassis also has a single side exhaust. The bike weighs 188 kg, the highest of the three motorcycles. It also has a wheelbase of 1,465 mm and comes with a 21-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels. Tell you that the ground clearance of Yezdi Adventure is 220 mm which is the highest among the three bikes.
