The Yogi government has taken several important steps to crack down on corrupt, unbridled and careless bureaucracy. The effect of which is beginning to be seen in Uttar Pradesh. Recently, the government has given a strong message by taking action on the five IPS trapped in the charges along with Vaibhav Krishna, the SSP of Gautam Budh Nagar, who lashed out at the department for his indecent behavior. Already, IAS, IPS, PCS and PPS officers have come under target. Action figures have reached about 45.

The message of zero tolerance against corruption was clearly given by the BJP government after coming to power. After which all the officials did not take it seriously. Some corruption was seen surrounded by allegations of negligence or indecent conduct. Seeing the situation, the government also intensified the hunter for action. The government also searched for old files. With this, the action like forced retirement, suspension, waiting and demotion were expedited.

Former SP Barabanki Dr. Satish Kumar and the then SSP Bulandshahr N. Kolanchi were suspended on charges of corruption. ADG Jasvir Singh and SP Atul Sharma have also been suspended.
