Lucknow: Yogi Adityanath's government is making all efforts to make the benefits of Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana reach as many girls as possible. For this, orders have been issued to increase the number with reviews every month. An amount of Rs 15,000 is being given to the daughters of the state over a period of 15 years. This amount will be given in 6 installments.

Actually, the Yogi government is making all efforts to stop heinous crimes like feticide. In this sequence, the government had also started Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana in the year 2019. Under which thousands of daughters are taking advantage of this scheme. Under this scheme, those daughters are eligible, who were born after April 1, 2019. Along with this, the income of the parents should be less than three lakh rupees per annum. Only two daughters of each family will get the benefit. If the first child is a daughter or a son and a twin daughter occurs during the second delivery, they can also get the benefits of the scheme.

On the birth of a girl child, the first installment is given as Rs 2000. After this, on complete vaccination for one year - 1000 rupees for the second installment, then 2000 rupees for the third instalment after taking admission in class one, then after taking admission in class 6 - 2000 rupees for the fourth installment then after taking admission in class 9 - 3000 for the fifth instalment. After this, after passing the 10th or 12th class, on a graduation or diploma course of more than 2 years duration - Rs 5000 is given for the sixth instalment.

First of all, go to the official website mksy.up.gov.in. Citizen Service Portal option will appear on the home page, click on it. After clicking on it, a new page will open in front of you. There will be an option of consent. Because of this option, tick 'I agree' and click 'Continue'. After clicking on it, the next page will open on which the registration form will be available. When the registration form opens, all the information like name, Aadhaar number, mobile number and OTP will have to be filled in the registration form. 

After this, the form will be registered. After successful registration of the form, the user ID will be received on the mobile number and login with the same user ID. After login by entering user ID and password, a registration form will appear. Fill in the information asked in the form correctly and upload your documents and click on the submit button. After this process, the application will be completed and the girl will be eligible for it.
