Lucknow: Lockdown has been implemented in the country due to the coronavirus epidemic. The borders of the states are sealed due to the lockdown. Neither the buses are operating, nor are the trains running. In such a situation, the workers who have travelled to other states in search of livelihood are stuck in various states. After calling the students trapped in Rajasthan's Kota back to their state, the Yogi Adityanath government of the state is now engaged in the task of bringing back the trapped labourers in other states.

By tweeting from the official Twitter account of the Chief Minister's Office that the workers of the state trapped in the neighbouring state of Madhya Pradesh will be brought back to UP due to the lockdown. The process will be started on 29 April. Earlier, the Yogi government also called back the trapped labourers in Haryana. The process of bringing migrant workers back from Haryana has been completed.

In the tweet that about 10 thousand students who are preparing for different competitive examinations while being in Prayagraj are being sent to their homes. More than 300 buses have been installed from Prayagraj to transport students preparing for competitive exams. Students desirous of going through these buses will have to bring their photo identity proof issued by their university, college, educational institute, coaching institute and admit card as proof of participation in any competitive examination conducted in the last two years.
