Lucknow: After the controversy over loudspeaker and orders of CM Yogi, UP Police has sent notices to 602 temples and 265 mosques in Noida. Following the orders of Police Commissioner Alok Singh, police officers visited temples, mosques. Let us inform that in the instructions issued by the Police Commissioner on Tuesday, he has asked to follow the instructions issued regarding the use of loudspeakers at all costs.

Taking action, Gautam Budh Nagar Police Commissionerate has sent notices to the religious leaders and committees of 602 temples out of 621 temples, 265 mosques out of 268 and 16 other religious places. Along with this, a warning has also been given in the notice that the instructions related to sound of the High Court should be followed. If loudspeaker or DJ is played in loud voice, then strict legal action will be taken. Noida Police has also issued notices to 217 baraat houses, 175 out of 182 DJ operators, ordering them not to play music in loud voice and said that no sound should be heard outside the premises in which music is being played.

Let us tell you that before taking out a religious procession or procession in Noida, an affidavit will also have to be given. In which the organizers will make it clear that there will be no inflammatory speech or violent demonstration in the program and if this happens, action will be taken against them by registering a case as per rules.
