Following the order issued by the Director General (Medical Education and Training), Uttar Pradesh, the use of mobiles has been banned by patients in hospitals dedicated to coronavirus in the state. According to DG, the corona infection spreads from mobile. After this, under the new arrangement in the Corona ward, the hospital's in-charge of the hospital will have 2 mobile phones. Through which the ward in-charge will make patients talk to their family members.

The order issued by Uttar Pradesh Director General of Health K K Gupta clearly stated that patients admitted in the state's Kovid dedicated L-2 and L-3 hospitals are not allowed to carry mobile phones in the isolation ward as it The infection spreads. The order said that the mobile number of both those phones kept with the ward incharge should be provided to the family of the patients and the Directorate of Health so that it can be possible to talk to the patients from time to time if needed.
