Yogi govt to give big gift to madarsa students on New Year, lakhs of youth to get benefits

Lucknow: UttarPradesh Urdu Academy President Kaful Vara said that the Yogi government in the state is going to give a big gift to students studying from UP Madarsa Shiksha Parishad on New Year's Day. Lakhs of students studying in about 17,000 madarsas in the state will be able to work in various services including the Army and also enroll in higher education institutions abroad.

He said that due to non-registration in CONSE due to negligence of earlier governments, students here are not able to apply for jobs outside the state. Kaful Vara told the media that the UP Madarsa Board will now register with the Board of School Education (COBSE). The registration will open the way for up madarsa board students to apply for jobs of army as well as central and other state governments. After registration, madarsa board will get legal recognition at national and global level.

He said that madarsa board was constituted in 2007, but due to non-registration in CONSDue to negligence of previous governments, students were not able to apply for jobs outside the state. The previous governments did nothing only for the good of the Muslims, only for the politics of votes. District Minority Welfare Officer Ashutosh Kumar Pandey has said that registration in THE COBSWill not only make it easier for madarsa board students to apply for jobs of central and other state governments but will also open up new avenues for them in the field of education.
