YogiFi has released the second generation of its AI yoga mats, the YogiFi Gen 2 and YogiFi Gen 2 Pro, which are compatible with a wide range of asanas and bodyweight workouts. The new mats expand on the first-generation mat's features to provide a more integrated experience.

The YogiFi mats' second generation includes support for improved posture tracking, step-by-step instructions, real-time adjustments, and feedback. People who desire interactive one-on-one sessions have a more personal touch, and qualified coaches are available for this. Multi-workout tracking, rep counting, activity history, hands-free practise with the Apple Watch, and intelligent reports are all included in the mats.

The YogiFi Gen 2 mats, like the previous mat, provide a no-camera solution that respects the user's privacy, and all user session data is used to personalise the user experience and improve AI feedback. The new mats also have diabetes and hypertension therapy programmes, as well as end-to-end advice and live support from instructors, therapists, and nutritionists.

YogiFi has also included a virtual "Sun Salutations Challenge" to its mobile app, which is available on both iOS and Android, to commemorate the 8th International Yoga Day.
