New Delhi: Mijia Smart Fish Tank is now eligible for crowdfunding via Xiaomi Mall, thanks to Chinese tech giant Xiaomi.

While the fish tank costs CNY 399 (roughly Rs. 4,700), the crowdfunding costs CNY 349 (roughly Rs. 4,000). The company claims you can remotely feed the fish without changing the water in the tank and go for up to six months. The Mijia Smart Fish Tank weighs around 7.3 kg and has an aspect ratio of 16:9.

It features a feeder tank, a self-cleaning and anti-clogging water pump, a temperature sensor, and a 5-layer professional-grade compartmental module back filter system to reduce the need for frequent water changes. Additionally, a side suction pump makes draining water easy.

The Mijia Smart Fish Tank has the following dimensions: 446mm tall, 246mm wide, and 295mm tall. It has a 20-litre capacity and 23W power rating.

It can accommodate 10-15 adult fish that are 5-6 cm in length, 6-9 adult fish that are 6-8 cm in length, or 3-5 adult fish that are 12-12 cm in length.

With 24 white LED beads and 16 full-color RGB beads, the Mijia Smart Fish Tank features full-color eco-friendly lighting. It has a variety of lighting options, including a white light, a night light, and more.

To control growth, the light mode provides dark blue light with a wavelength of 450 nm and dark red light with a wavelength of 640 nm.

It is worth mentioning that the Mijia app can be used to control the fish tank. You can use the app to manage feed duration and quantity even if you're not there. Additionally the lighting and water flow in the tank can be controlled.
