Ingredients for making Rajma Paneer-

-1 cup rajma

-200 grams paneer

-1/3 cup onion paste

-1/2 cup tomato paste

-2 tsp red chili powder

-2 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp cumin

-1/2 tsp garam masala

-1/2 tsp kitchen king masala

-2 bay leaves

1 inch piece cinnamon

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

-2 tbsp oil

- salt to taste

Method of making Rajma Paneer- To make this, first of all, wash the kidney beans and keep them soaked in water overnight. After that you boil them in a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water and salt after 4-5 whistles. Now take the paneer and cut it into square pieces and keep it in a bowl. After this, put oil in a pan and heat it. Now put the pieces of paneer in it and fry till it becomes light golden and keep it aside. After this, you put some more oil in the same pan. Now add cumin, cinnamon and bay leaves and fry it. After this, add onion paste to it and fry till it becomes light brown. Now add ginger-garlic paste to it and fry for some time.

After this, add red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric to it and mix it well. Now fry it for about a minute and add tomato paste to it. After this, you cook this mixture well till it leaves the oil. Then add boiled kidney beans to it and mix it well. After this, you add water and salt according to the need and bring the gravy to a boil. Then you add fried paneer, garam masala and kitchen king masala to it and mix. After this, cover this pan and cook it for about 8-10 minutes and turn off the gas. Now your Rajma Paneer is ready. Then garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with rice and roti.
