On the initiative of Sonam Wangchuk, a scientist living in Ladakh, India's first LiFi laser 5G internet has been successfully tested. Also, India has created history by setting up the world's first LiFi 5G network in Ladakh. Now you must be thinking that you have heard of WiFi but now what is this LiFi. So let us tell you that LiFi means Life Fidelity Technology. This technology helps in reaching 5G network in hilly areas. 

Actually, there is a lot of difficulty in setting up networks in the mountains and then keeping them running with electricity. Also, fiber network cables do not have to be laid. To install LiFi, the help of Ahmedabad-based company Nav Wireless Technology has been taken. The students of SECMOL of Ladakh have also played their part in this. It has been claimed about the LiFi network that it provides faster internet than WiFi. It has also been described as much better for the environment. 

Giving information about this, Sonam Wangchuk said that India is the first and only country in the world to successfully test LiFi technology. It is more powerful than tower based WiFi network. In this, 5G data is transmitted with the help of laser beam. In this technology, it also costs very little to deliver 5G network. With this initiative of Sonam Wangchuk, a scientist living in Ladakh, now the network will be easily available even in the mountains. LiFi is the most powerful internet signal in Ladakh so far.
