LUCKNOW: In a horrifying incident,  it was reported that 5 unidentified youths allegedly sexually harassed a forty-year-old woman and tore her clothes in the congested Bazaarkhala area here.

According to the FIR filed by the woman, the incident happened when she was returning home from the market, said the Station House Officer (SHO), Bazaarkhala, Vinod Yadav.

"Five young people in a white car began following me as I walked home. I was grabbed, and my clothes were torn. even attempted to drag me inside the vehicle "In the First Information report read.

According to the SHO, when the woman raised an alert, some bystanders came to her aid, and the accused left the area. The SHO said, "We have filed an FIR and are looking through adjacent places' CCTV footage to find the guilty."
Following her refusal to yield to the alleged accuser, a girl student at a private institution was allegedly sexually harassed and beaten last week.

A middle-aged woman in the Krishna Nagar area was sexually harassed on August 8 due to the occupancy of her home. In Gomti Nagar Extension, a young woman claimed that a young man tried to rape her.
