Amaravati: Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy said the state government has identified the IT and electronics manufacturing industry as the fastest growing sectors in the coming days. The government has focused on investments in the sector in the wake of the estimates that the manufacturing of smartphones and parts production in the country will reach 800 million in two to three years. Special policies have been created to promote IT and electronics manufacturing. Andhra Pradesh will be the focal point for investment by providing skilled technicians and world-class infrastructure to these sectors, says JAGAN. Japan's Consulate General Masayuki Taga in Chennai met Chief Minister Jagan at the camp office on Tuesday. On this occasion, Chief Minister Jagan asked the state to share the opportunities for investment in the state and the steps taken by the state government.

The CM explained that many leading companies are eager to start their business activities in the state. Adani Enterprises has come forward to set up a 200 MW data center park, skill university and IT park. This will provide employment and employment opportunities to about 25,000 people, and about 12,000 people will be employed and employment opportunities through the establishment of footwear industries in intelligent sez.

Chief Minister Jagan announced that he would provide huge incentives to the electronics industry in the state. The Integrated Technology Park will be established in the coming days with high-end IT Skills University, Incubation Centers, Centre of Excellence, Labs, Co-working Spaces, Iconic IT Towers and State Data Centers to provide incentives for the IT sector. The CM said that plans are being prepared to develop IT concept cities with all resources in a thousand to two thousand acres. At the level of gram panchayats, digital libraries, high speed internet, video conferencing facility for over 15 thousand gram panchayats, and over 90,000 workstations have been established to reach the public services in remote areas. The government is encouraging manufacturers by setting up a world-wide electronic manufacturing cluster in Kopparthi in YSR Kadapa district. The cluster is provided with land, electricity, water, roads, railway connectivity, air cargo and other facilities for setting up industries in the cluster. The government has planned to set up a high-end IT Skills University in Visakhapatnam for skilled IT and electronics technicians in the state. The government has announced several incentives for IT and electronics manufacturing, including the establishment of 30 skill development centers across the state.

Chief Minister Jagan explained that Andhra Pradesh has achieved the first rank in the Ease of Doing Business announced jointly by DPIIT, the Central Government and the World Bank as evidence of the state government's incentives and transparent policies for those who invest in UP. The Andhra Pradesh government is providing all services to the public with the most transparent and effective governance, while providing the best business opportunities for investors and business partners in the same order, the CM said. The government is inviting investments and business partners to provide employment and employment opportunities to locals in the state.
