Earlier film actor Salman Khan had announced that he would launch Zaheer Iqbal who is the son of the Salman’s childhood friend Iqbal. The film has been titled Notebook and will be directed by Nitin Kakkar. Now, Salman has confirmed the release date of Notebook which fans were eagerly waiting for.

Salman Khan took to Twitter and announced the date of the film. His Tweet reads, “ "The most beautiful love story has a release date... #Notebook hits the cinemas on March 29, 2019. Trailer coming soon,” Notebook will also mark the debut of Pranutan Bahl who is veteran actor Mohinish Bahl’s daughter.

In the past, Salman has launched many actors under his production and help them making career in film industry. Recently he has launched his brother- in -law Ayush Sharma in the film Love Yatri. He has been monitoring Zaheer Iqbal's training in acting and fitness to ensure he gets everything right. Salman, reportedly, addresses Zaheer as Zaheero affectionately and is said to be taking utmost care for his launch. Besides Salman, Notebook is also produced by Murad Khetani and Ashwin Varde jointly.
