Sri Lankan great spin bowler 'Muttiah Muralitharan' on Monday responded to the source about former Indian cricket director,Ravi Shastri's debut on listing out 'India's all time best skippers'. According to the Muralithran, Ganguly did great job for Indian cricket team and Ravi Shastri missed his his name.

Bowling consultant of '2020 Vision' said, "Definitely Ganguly did a great job for Indian Cricket team after he took over. In my opinion he's great captain."

Muralitharan said that, it may be the co-incident that Ravi Shashtri have forgotten to take Sourav Ganguly's name, but I am here to speak for him.
