Chicago: On Friday, in a tragic incident, an American Airlines Boeing 767 bound for Miami caught fire while attempting to take off from Chicago's O'Hare airport injuring around 20 people.

According to Juan Hernandez of the Chicago Fire Department, “we transported about 20 patients with minor injuries to several hospitals”.

"We are taking care of our customers and crew and are re-accommodating our passengers on another flight to Miami this evening," said, American Airlines.

161 passengers and ninecrew were on board when the American Airlines Flight 383 caught fire.
