Aloo Bhujia Sev recipe is must known to the Indorians

Ingredients Required:
Besan - 200 g (2 cups)
Potatoes - 400 gms (5-6 potato medium size)
Salt - according to taste (3/4 teaspoons)
Turmeric powder -
one quarter teaspoon
Asafoetida - 2 pinch
Garam Masala - Half a teaspoon

Recipe:
Boil the potatoes. Peel them and grate them. Take the gram flour by filtering it in a vessel. Now put the grated potatoes in the gram flour.

Add salt, asafoetida, turmeric powder and garam masala and mix all the ingredients well and prepare like a greasy dough.

Cover it for 20 minutes so it gets set. Make the sev by putting the cylinder shaped dough into the sev maker machine.

Put oil in a pan and heat it medium hot. Now by pressing the machine over the hot oil, you can make sev. Fry the sev untill it turns golden brown. Aloo bhujia sev is ready. You can keep it in air tight container also.
