Dorai Raj, the father of Women's Indian Cricket team captain Mithali Raj, was very proud after she surpassed former England skipper Charlotte Edwards' mark to become the highest run-getter (6002) in One Day International (ODIs) during the ICC Women's World Cup league match against Australia. Talking exclusively to NDTV,
Mithali's father said that they have a word before every match Mithali plays. Her father said, "She (Mithali) has got positive thinking... Players this time are good and she has the back-up. Since England is a familiar place, we have the chance to lift the World Cup"
