Audi is working on its flagship SUV Q7 petrol version these days. It has been reported that it will be launched in India on September 1. Audi Q7's petrol avatar Q740 will come in the name of TSI.
At present, Q7 is available in two variants 45 TDI Premium Plus and 45 TDI Quattro Technology, only one diesel engine is provided.
The petrol variant will have a 2.0-liter TFTi engine, which will provide a torque of 255 pcs and torque of 370 nm. This engine will be connected to an 8-speed automatic gearbox.The company says that this engine will give good mileage.
There is no official information about the price yet, it is being speculated that the price of Q740 TSI can be between 75 lakh and 80 lakh rupees. It will compete with Mercedes Benz XLS and BMW X5.
