In the Patiala House Court the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today will file a report in coal scam case against Congress leader and industrialist Naveen Jindal besides others.
The CBI on march 17 was raped by the CBI on non-submission of the final report and it directed it submit the report by 24 march.
Special Judge Bharat Parashar as per the sources news observed the "matter is getting unnecessary delayed" and said, "sufficient time has already been granted for filing report of further investigation."
