Ingredients for Cheese Cutlets Recipe:
Potato - 2 (200g) (Boiled)
Bread Slice - 2
Mozarella cheese - ½ cup (grated)
Green Chilli - 1 (Finely Chopped)
Black pepper powder - less than ¼ teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - Less than ¼ teaspoon
Salt - more than ½ tsp or according to taste
Green coriander - (finely chopped)
Flour - 2 tablespoons
Oil - for frying cutlets
Recipe:
Make bread crumbs by putting the bread in the mixer. After that, peel the boiled potatoes and grind them. Put salt, green coriander, green chillies, red chilli powder, half-bread crumbs.
Mix all the ingredients well and mix the mixture. To make the solution of flour, add some water to the flour and stir until the lumps is finished and then mix it with water and make a thin slurry. In a table spoon flour, the diluted solution of 4 to 5 tablespoons of water becomes ready.
Add black pepper and a bit of salt in it. To make cutlets, heat the oil in the pan. Apply a little oil on your hand and take 1 tbsp of mixture and press the fingers to increase slightly and make a hole in the middle. Put ½ or ¾ teaspoon cheese in it and cover it from the four sides and round it properly. Then, flatten it, give the shape of the cutlet and prepare all the cutlet just like this.
After this, take the cutlet and then immerse it in the flour mixture and then put it in bread crumbs. Put the cutlets to fry in medium hot oil. Turn it over and over until golden brown. As soon as the frying is done, remove the cutlets in a plate. Take out the rest of the cutlets as well. Cheese cutlets are ready.
