Sadly, we consider salad as a tasteless food, but in real it the most healthy food which everyone should eat especially in the hot days of summer.
Things you need
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 boneless chicken breasts baked
- Black pepper
- Salt
- 6 cups lettuce chopped
- 200 grams mozzarella
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup basil leaves
How to make
- Mix vinegar and brown sugar in medium heat. Set aside for a while.
- Use lettuce as the base and place in the bottom of the bowl
- Mix chicken, avocado, tomato, basil leaves
- Add black paper, mozzarella, and salt
- Slowly add the reduction and gently toss
- Serve and enjoy
