Chicken And Avocado Salad For A Healthy Summer Day

Sadly, we consider salad as a tasteless food, but in real it the most healthy food which everyone should eat especially in the hot days of summer.

Things you need

  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts baked
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • 6 cups lettuce chopped
  • 200 grams mozzarella
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves

How to make

  • Mix vinegar and brown sugar in medium heat. Set aside for a while.
  • Use lettuce as the base and place in the bottom of the bowl
  • Mix chicken, avocado, tomato, basil leaves
  • Add black paper, mozzarella, and salt
  • Slowly add the reduction and gently toss
  • Serve and enjoy
