The Indian women cricket team yesterday defeated Austraila in the semi final match of the ongoing ICC Women world cup and reached the final of the ICC WWC. Today, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) congratulated the Indian women's cricket team.
BCCI acting president CK Khanna told ANI that "It was a fantastic and a well-deserved victory. The performance of the team is improving match by match. Their yesterday's win against Australia was a marvellous win. The knock played by Harmanpreet was especially fantastic. We are very proud of the team,"
"I am confident that they are going to be champions," he added.
