Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar,the ‘Jodi ‘got all esteem for Dum Laga Ke Haisha. Aanand Rai got the two newcomers on board one more time for ‘Manmarziyaan’

The movie was hypothetical to turn over early this year but the filmmaker got caught up with his big ticket determined mission starring Shah Rukh Khan. Now we hear that the movie has been shelved.

The film had its own share of hiccups. The first round of shots filmed by Sameer Sharma were discarded as Aanand felt the director could not do justice to the film's demands. He brought in Ashwiny Iyer Tiwary to replace Sameer and they were supposed to start filming this July end. But it didn't happen again. Soon the PR team sent out an official announcement that shoots will begin only next year because the team needs to shoot in North India and heavy rains played spoilsport.

Now, Ayushmann has allegedly walked out of the project and Rai also has decided to put it on the backburner.
