West Bengal's Kangaroo court has ordered to cut the hairs of women because she was accused of having an extra-marital affair in Chandpur village of Nowda.

This allegedly accident happened when a 32 year old lady left her husband’s home and having an affair with another man. Women and her partner back by the villagers and established a kangaroo court and charged women with Rs 6000.

Well, the lady has failed to pay the fine of Rs.6000 so some villagers entered forcefully into her home and cut her hair.

Yesterday, the women registered a complaint at the Nowda Police Station besides seven people.Yet,only three complainants have been detained by police officers.
