Like his father, the great classical legendary batsmen “Master Blaster” Sachin Tendulkar his son Arjun start bowling to current team India batsmen. Amongst the net bowlers, comprising Mumbai's under-23 and Under-19 probable, who were bowling to the Indian batsmen on Friday, the youngster was batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar's son Arjun, who bowled a fair bit to Shikhar Dhawan and Virat Kohli. As a kid, Arjun was a regular visitor at the India nets when his father was still playing for team India, but the maiden experience of bowling to team India batsmen, with coach Ravi Shastri and bowling coach Bharat Arun looking on.

Earlier this month, Arjun Tendulkar made his U-19 debut for Mumbai in the Vinoo Mankad Trophy, but didn't enjoy a particularly good time, and was dropped after two games, in which he bowled just six overs, which went for 62 runs.

The youngster, however, showed that had improved vastly when his yorker left England's Jonny Bairstow limping at the England nets ahead of a Test against the West Indies. On Friday evening, a quick bouncer from him even forced Kohli to duck quickly. Arjun was included in the Mumbai under-19 team after doing well in the trial matches in the past. It's unfair to target him just because he's the son of a famous father.
