In response to the target, Rohit Sharma faced 37 balls and hit six fours and 1 sixes in a 56-run half-century and helped the team win. The MI made the target for a loss of 5 wickets.
With this win, the Mumbai Indians reached at first spot in the point table with 16 points. The Man of the Match was given to MI Captain Rohit Sharma.
