As Deepika Padukone already debut in Hollywood with Return Of Xander Cage and now after Quantico, PeeCee is all set to debut in film with Baywatch. In this situation, being compared to each other is obvious.

On comparison with Priyanka, Deepika had said, "I don't make anything of it because at a personal level I know her way too well for any sort of comparisons. It feels odd and it feels weird. Professionally I think we are both doing extremely well. But our worlds are also completely different. What she wants to achieve and is working towards is very different from what I am doing. Although it is in the creative space, her demands and requirements are completely different from mine. The other thing I find strange is the comparisons to her..I find them bizarre. Even if someone had to compare, I can understand comparison with an Anushka or a Sonam or a Sonakshi but I can't wrap my head with the comparisons with Priyanka."

PeeCee during Baywatch's promotion asked to comment on Deepika's statement, "I have been compared to actresses all my life. I have no problems with that. They compare me to everyone during each release. It's become a habit now," she said.
