Veteran businessman in media with 35 years of experience in print, television, and sports marketing, Satish Menon, and a professional lawyer with 26 years of experience in the sports industry, Rajeev Khanna are appointed as CEO and COO of IPL team Kings XI Punjab today for the upcoming season, respectively.

The former one has experienced being the head of business with some top brands like Mid-day, Zee TV, Zee News, Sahara Television and TV 18. Whereas, Rajeev had already headed operations for Rajasthan Royals and still he is the Advisor to the Govt. of Rajasthan on Sports. He is already connected with KXIP from the last year as a general manager.

“Satish and Rajeev were a natural choice for the roles of CEO and COO based on the expertise in their respective fields. We are confident that their rich experience will bring immense value to the team” the Co-promoters noted on the appointments.

The new CEO said, “Having had the opportunity to work across various streams, I have enjoyed sports the most. I am absolutely thrilled to join the franchise and look forward to Kings XI Punjab having a great season this year."
