Kaun Banega Crorepati 9~ Actress Shilpa Shetty graced the Hot seat

Mumbai: Kaun Banega Crorepati 9 hosted by Bollywood Badshah Amitabh Bachchan in just a few days has become popular and has been rated as one of the top shows on TV. The Bollywood actress  Shilpa Shetty along with Mumbai-based lawyer Afroz Shah appeared on the show. Shah has won the top environmental honour of the United Nations for the Mumbai’s Versova Beach clean up.

For the shows ‘Nai Chah, Nai Raah’ segment, the social activist and actress came together for the episode. The pair while playing together won Rs 25 lakh which Shah said would use to buy equipment for cleaning the beach.

Shetty who said that she is a big-time fan of Bachchan couldn't guess a famous song ‘Do Lafzon Ki Hai’ which is shot on him and Zeenat Aman from the movie The Great Gambler.

From this current season, the Kaun Banega Crorepati has got its first crorepati. Anamika Mazumdar from Jamshedpur became the first person to win Rs 1 crore. She was able to reach to the jackpot question worth Rs 7 crore but she opted to quit the show as she was not confirmed about the answer.
