Whenever the nominations of any award function announced, it divides the stars into groups as one who gets nomination and as other who doesn't support the nomination and thinks there are other who are more deserving. So they joined anti-award group which are lead by actors like Aamir Khan and Kangana Ranaut.

Recently musician Amaal Mallik added to the group. Amaal wrote on Facebook about this unfairness, "It is so funny & surprising that you go out of your way and give a star kid all the new comer awards for the best debut, for a performance no one even saw....Whereas a #DiljitDosanjh who deserved that award for #UdtaPunjab is nowhere !!#Sarbjit had #RandeepHooda almost kill himself to bones, and play that character, and you nominate only #AishwaryaRaiBachchan hahahahaha!"
