Central Bureau of Investigation has filed case against Aam Aadmi Party legislator leader Amanatullah Khan. He has been charged under allegation of recruitment scam and financial irregularities in Delhi Waqf Board, during his chairmanship.

One of the Senior CBI officer said "We have registered a corruption case against the then chairman of Delhi Waqf Board and unknown persons under IPC sections related to criminal conspiracy and provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act related to criminal misconduct and corruption,"

BJP leader and RTI activist Vivek Garg, and Mohammad Mustafa registered complaint in Anti-Corruption Branch in September after which based on this FIR has been filed against the leader.
