We’ve all heard the saying “Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”. The morning routine sets the tone of your day. No matter how bad yesterday was or how much you need to do today, the morning routine is your daily routine. One thing you notice about most successful people is that they all have a similar habit that is a daily morning routine.

There are so many people who have trouble with their habits because they don’t follow a morning routine system and stick to it. Everyone has a busy day or personal obligations and tends to forget about their everyday routine; but fortunately, here is a simple solution to this.

If you do not have a daily morning routine, here is how you can start this healthy habit by following just a few simple things. You don’t have to be doing 10 things as you wake up, just 4 or 5 are good to start off with. Pick ones which you feel you need to do are sure going to do it daily. Do it every morning as you wake up.

The list includes:

-first waking up early morning

-have a glass of water

-make your bed,

-take the trash out,

-sort out your messy kitchen (it’s best if you do this at night).

Once your day has started with doing this, you can carry on with the remaining ones like:

-go for a jog, exercise, meditate or do some yoga.

-take a shower.

-have a healthy and nutritious breakfast. (This is an important meal, so do not skip this one)

-Plan your day.
