Edappadi Palaniswami who took oath as the Tamil Nadu chief minister on Thursday won the majority vote in the Assembly as 122 MLAs voted for him. Other 11 voted in support of O Panneerselvam.
Today, the House was adjourned twice by the Speaker P Dhanapal as DMK legislators broke furniture, microphones and misbehaved.
Palaniswami belongs to VK Sasikala’s faction of the party and as he has won the majority he will be the continuing as Tamil Nadu CM.
