A chartered fishing boat went missing from sight in the high waves at entrance to harbour near Auckland in New Zealand. A boat named Francie with 11 people on board, suddenly got disappeared at kaipura harbour, near Auckland.

Recoveres did try to save three of the persons and rushed them to hospital, still seven people were reported dead and one went missing.

"All sandbar crossings are dangerous. They shift with storms and tides, so the bars are not in exactly the same position," said, Patrick Holmes chief executive at coastguard. "Because it's a disturbance of the seafloor, the action of the waves becomes distorted and irregular."
