Instagram to strengthen its security by adding two layers of authentication. This new authentication is available for all the users. This feature asks codes to users, every time they log in to their account. 

Co-Founder and CEO of Instagram Kevin Systrom said,"Last September, we made a commitment to the community to keep Instagram a safe place for everyone and built tools to safeguard self-expression on our platform. This year we will continue to act on that commitment and also focus on fostering kindness."

Along with this, Instagram has launched two new updates in its application like- it will put the screen cover on the sensitive pictures and can be seen only after the confirmation by the viewer.
