New Delhi: Fortnight, Agni V testings were in process by Defence Research and Development Organisation(DRDO). President Pranab Mukherjee showed his excitement on social networking site by congratulating DRDO organisation for their efforts.

Agni V is designed to launch surface to surface nuclear capable ballistic missile. Mukherjee tweeted, "Congratulations DRDO for successfully test firing Agni V. It will enhance our strategic and deterrence capabilities."

Strategic Forces Command(SFC) and Nuclear Command Authority (NCA) managed testing and administration of Agni V. This is the fourth testing of Agni V; before this several tests followed in April 2012, September 2013 and third on January 2015.
